Contact inquiries
The contact form collects your name, email, optional organization, message, and any event details you choose to provide so Nikos Acuña can respond. An inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter or create a purchase.
New newsletter subscriptions remain closed.
Your email choice
Newsletter requests remain pending until you confirm using the email link and its confirmation button. Unsubscribe links stop the subscription. A delivered email does not establish permission to subscribe.
Reading measurement
Optional reading measurement is off until you allow it. It records daily totals for article views and reading depth, using the article’s public identifier. It does not record email addresses, messages, full URLs, query strings, browsing histories, raw IP addresses, or visitor identifiers. Browser privacy signals keep it off. You can withdraw the preference using “Reading measurement” in the footer.
Confirmed subscriptions and received or human-qualified inquiries are counted from saved service state. These aggregate business counts are separate from optional reading measurement and contain no contact details. They do not identify individual journeys or prove that a site change caused a result.
Storage and delivery
Private operational records are stored in Supabase. Inquiry notifications are sent through Resend to the operator’s email inbox. The notification includes your email address so the operator can reply directly. Cloudflare Turnstile checks live form submissions for automated abuse. This site does not pass form entries to an AI model.
Retention and service records
The configured inquiry retention period is 90 days. Confirmation links expire after twenty-four hours. The service maintenance job removes expired inquiry records and their email payloads, and removes pending unconfirmed records after seven days. Maintenance must be running for automatic cleanup to occur.
Subscription permission and suppression records are retained to honor your email choices. Delivery records distinguish queued, accepted, delivered, failed, and uncertain outcomes. Aggregate counts remain separate from personal records.
Contact and requests
Nikos Acuña operates these services. Contact n@nikosacuna.com about your information or a deletion request. The operator must verify and handle such requests; this site does not automatically delete records from an emailed request.
Live purchasing remains closed. The local Audit is a separate preview with its existing thirty-day report expiry.
